The hotel offers interesting rooms totally covered in dark red velvet with velvet swags, featuring 2 life-size mannequins in black lace, although the strong smell of cigarettes was a downside. The service was very friendly and helpful, easy to contact only by mail. The location is fantastic, with everything in the center within walking distance, but being next to the train tracks is a drawback. The dining experience, although not included, was very good, especially the coffee. Overall, a unique stay with some minor setbacks.

The hotel was a mix of fun and inconvenience. The rooms were unique with hidden features but suffered from high noise levels due to the close proximity to the train tracks. The service was good during the day but lacked consistency at night. The location was ideal for sightseeing but noisy due to the nearby railway bridge. The dining experience had its ups and downs with additional costs. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed, but not having an attached bathroom was a drawback. The noise from the nearby rail track made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were small but clean and with a very comfortable bed. Not having an attached bath was inconvenient. The noise from the rail track was a major downside to a room that was otherwise unsuitable for a peaceful stay.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly, despite knowing that the room was not ideal for a restful night.

The hotel is nicely situated near the bustling center of Berlin, with convenient connections to historical sites and the Hauptbahnhof. The surreal Art surroundings create a unique atmosphere, although the proximity to train tracks can lead to occasional noise disturbances.

Rooms
7.0
The single room I stayed in was small but adequate, though I noticed some dust on the tables and at the ventilation fan. However, it was almost silent during my stay, which was a plus.
Service
8.0
The service was quite informative, with stories shared about artists and city life via email. I appreciated the logistics provided, but it would have been better if the staff had forewarned guests about potential noise due to bare floor boards. Despite this, the welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance were commendable.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location right by the center of the Parliament District made it easy to explore key government agencies, ministries, and Charité. Being within walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof was incredibly convenient, even though the train tracks proximity could be a bit loud at times.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were versatile, with delicious and simple fare available at the nearby bar and restaurant. However, I found that something was missing in terms of variety, which was a minor downside.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel features home-made pastries and other amenities that enhance the overall stay. Despite the noise from the train tracks, the picturesque Art surroundings and the closeness to the bustling city center make it a worthwhile choice for those keen on exploration and cultural immersion.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The courtyard view from my room was incredibly picturesque and peaceful. The room itself was lovely, and it was exceptionally clean. The service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who even shared interesting stories about the artists and city life. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the station, bars, and restaurants. However, the train noise was a bit of a downside, even at midnight. The dining options were great, especially at the nearby restaurant Habel am Reichstag. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.

Rooms

My room opened out onto a courtyard, offering a fantastic view that was both picturesque and peaceful. It was nice and very clean.
Service
8.0
The staff was friendly and capable. They were always ready to help and share interesting insights about the city and artists. However, the multiple attempts to enter my room early in the morning were a bit intrusive.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was spot on, with easy access to the city center, public transport, and attractions like the Reichstag and Brandenburg gate. However, the noise from passing trains, even late at night, was noticeable.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were decent, with classic dishes available. However, the prices were a bit on the higher side for what was offered.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had great facilities, including a nearby restaurant, and tours/ticket assistance was a convenient addition.
